DashCE Terms & Conditions

Version 1.3 Effective Date: [To be set on publication] Last Updated: July 3, 2026

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the DashCE LLC (“DashCE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) websites, learning platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and other adults seeking continuing education. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

2. Educational Purpose & Regulatory Disclaimer

DashCE provides continuing education courses approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE).

DashCE is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by the ADRE. Accreditation or approval by ADRE does not imply endorsement, ownership, or control.

DashCE does not guarantee license renewal, compliance, or regulatory approval. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all licensing, renewal, and reporting requirements applicable to your license type.

3. Accounts, Accuracy & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. DashCE is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

DashCE uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other tools to help verify user identity.

You agree that:

  • You will personally complete all coursework and assessments
  • You will not allow another person to take courses, assessments, or exams on your behalf
  • Any attempt to circumvent identity verification or seat-time requirements constitutes fraud

DashCE may suspend or terminate accounts, invalidate course completion, or report suspected fraud where appropriate.

5. Courses, Seat Time & Completion

Courses are offered in credit-hour increments. Unless otherwise stated, one credit hour requires a minimum of 50 minutes of seat time.

Course completion requirements, including seat time and assessments, are dictated by regulatory rules and may change.

DashCE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to courses and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • User error
  • Device or internet issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • System maintenance

6. Dash Passes, Subscriptions & Purchases

A. Membership & Subscriptions

Access to DashCE requires an active membership subscription, which provides Dash Passes according to the subscription plan selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.

B. Dash Passes

  • One Dash Pass may be redeemed for one credit-hour course
  • Dash Passes expire three (3) years from issuance
  • Once redeemed for a course, the learner has one (1) year to complete the course, as required by ADRE rules
  • Unused or expired Dash Passes are forfeited and are non-refundable

C. Packs & Pricing

Discounted Dash Pass packs may be available to members. Pricing, availability, and eligibility may change.

Non-members may purchase individual courses at non-member pricing.

7. Refund Policy

DashCE does not offer refunds except in limited circumstances involving unresolved technical issues that prevent course completion.

Refund decisions are made at DashCE’s sole discretion.

7a. App Store Purchases and Refund Requests

Dash Passes, memberships, and other purchases made inside our iOS or Android app are sold and processed by Apple or Google, not by DashCE. Those companies are the seller of

record for such purchases, and their terms govern the transaction.

Refunds for in-app purchases are requested from and decided by Apple or Google at their sole discretion. DashCE cannot grant, deny, or reverse a store refund on your behalf.

Purchases made directly through our website are processed by DashCE and are governed by our own refund policy.

When you ask Apple for a refund, Apple may request information from us about the purchase in order to evaluate your request. You consent to DashCE providing that information to Apple. It may include whether the purchased item was delivered to your account, the extent to which you have used it, how long you have held your account, and your prior purchase and refund history with us. Apple considers this information as one of several factors in reaching its decision.

If a purchase is refunded, any unused Dash Passes from that purchase may be withdrawn from your account. Course credit you have already earned and any certificate already issued remain valid; however, we may require an outstanding balance to be settled before you make further purchases or enroll in additional courses.

8. Dash Guidance, Goal Manager & Tracking Tools

DashCE may provide tools and features — including the “Dash” guidance feature, goal managers, requirement summaries, category breakdowns, credit calculators, renewal-date estimates, and manual credit entry — that help learners understand and track their continuing education progress. This may include information about the number of credits your license requires, the categories or subject areas required, applicable completion deadlines, and renewal dates (collectively, “Compliance Information”).

The Dash guidance feature and all Compliance Information are offered as a complimentary convenience and for informational purposes only. Compliance Information may be generated in part from your license type, license status, renewal date, and other data, some of which is drawn from third-party or governmental records that may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. Licensing rules also change frequently and without notice.

Accordingly, DashCE makes no representation or warranty, express or implied, that any Compliance Information is accurate, complete, current, or applicable to your specific circumstances. DashCE does not verify self-reported information. All Compliance Information should be independently verified against the official records and requirements of your licensing authority before you rely on it. Compliance Information does not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice.

You are solely and ultimately responsible for:

  • Understanding and satisfying all continuing education and licensing requirements applicable to your license type
  • Tracking required credits and completing required categories
  • Knowing all applicable completion deadlines and renewal dates
  • Completing the courses you actually need — and not relying on Compliance Information to determine which courses are or are not required
  • Submitting, uploading, and retaining all certificates and documentation required by your licensing authority (including submission to ADRE)

The final responsibility for the status and compliance of your license is, and remains at all times, yours.

9. Timing, Deadlines & License Consequences

You are responsible for completing courses in sufficient time to meet all licensing deadlines, and for independently verifying your own requirements and deadlines regardless of any Compliance Information provided by DashCE.

DashCE is not responsible for, and shall have no liability arising from, any of the following:

  • Missed deadlines, license expiration, inactivation, suspension, non-renewal, or late renewals
  • Penalties resulting from delayed or incomplete coursework
  • Your completion of courses or credits that were not required for your license
  • Your failure to complete courses or credits that were required for your license
  • Your failure to upload, submit, or retain any certificate or documentation
  • Any lapse, expiration, inactivation, suspension, or other change in the status of your license resulting from the unavailability of, or your inability to access, the Services, any course, or any certificate — whether due to downtime, scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party outage, or otherwise

System outages, maintenance, or technical issues do not relieve you of your licensing obligations, and no Compliance Information you receive shifts responsibility for those obligations to DashCE.

10. Instructors & Educational Content

DashCE courses may be authored or supported by instructors who may be employees of DashCE or independent contractors.

Instructor responses and course content are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or brokerage advice.

DashCE does not guarantee that all content is error-free or applicable to every factual situation. Laws, regulations, and broker policies may change or vary.

11. Intellectual Property & Use Restrictions

All course content, materials, videos, text, graphics, and software are the intellectual property of DashCE or its licensors.

You may access content solely for your personal educational use. You may not:

  • Copy, distribute, record, or reproduce content
  • Share access with others
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Create derivative works

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

12. Connect Cards, Sponsors & Third Parties

Courses may include Connect Cards that allow learners to interact with third-party businesses or sponsors.

DashCE does not endorse third parties and is not responsible for third-party products, services, or practices.

Any interaction with third parties is voluntary and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.

13. Broker, Partner & Authorized Access

DashCE may allow brokers, partners, sponsors, or authorized users to access certain features or reports.

Access may be granted only with learner authorization or for legitimate business purposes and may be revoked at any time.

DashCE is not responsible for actions taken by third parties outside the DashCE platform.

14. Communications

By using the Services, you agree to receive transactional communications related to your account, courses, and compliance.

Optional informational or marketing communications require opt-in and may be changed through account preferences.

Message delivery is not guaranteed.

14A. SMS Messaging Program

DashCE offers an optional SMS text messaging program (“DashCE SMS Program”) to provide informational and transactional notifications related to account activity and continuing education compliance.

Program Description

The DashCE SMS Program may include messages such as course reminders, progress notifications, deadline alerts, certificate availability notices, and account-related updates.

Opt-In Consent

Users opt in to receive SMS messages through their DashCE account onboarding or notification settings after accepting these Terms & Conditions and the DashCE Privacy Policy.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will no longer receive SMS messages unless you re-enable SMS notifications.

Help Instructions

For assistance, reply HELP to any message or contact DashCE Support at support@dashce.com.

Carrier Disclaimer

SMS delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed. Delivery, delay, or non-delivery of any reminder, alert, or notification does not relieve you of your licensing obligations, and DashCE is not responsible for any consequence arising from a message that is delayed or not received.

15. Suspension & Termination

DashCE may suspend or terminate access at any time for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraud or misconduct
  • Misuse of the Services
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

Termination does not entitle you to refunds or reinstatement of expired Dash Passes.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services, and all Compliance Information, are provided “as is” and “as available.”

DashCE disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted availability. Without limiting the foregoing, DashCE makes no warranty that any Compliance Information or Dash guidance correctly reflects your license requirements, categories, credits, or deadlines.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DashCE is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of license, license status, income, or business opportunities, whether arising from your use of or inability to use the Services or from any reliance on Compliance Information or the Dash guidance feature.

DashCE’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to DashCE in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

18. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DashCE from any claims arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Failure to comply with licensing requirements
  • Misuse of course content

19. Changes to These Terms

DashCE may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will include a new effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or acceptance.

20. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in state or federal courts located in Arizona.
