By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.

1. Who May Use the Services

The Services are intended for licensed real estate professionals and other adults seeking continuing education. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements.

2. Educational Purpose & Regulatory Disclaimer

DashCE provides continuing education courses approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE).

DashCE is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by the ADRE. Accreditation or approval by ADRE does not imply endorsement, ownership, or control.

DashCE does not guarantee license renewal, compliance, or regulatory approval. You are solely responsible for understanding and meeting all licensing, renewal, and reporting requirements applicable to your license type.

3. Accounts, Accuracy & Security

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and current information
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account

You may not allow any other person to access or use your account. DashCE is not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials.

4. Identity Verification & Fraud Prevention

DashCE uses multi-factor authentication (MFA) and other tools to help verify user identity.

You agree that:

  • You will personally complete all coursework and assessments
  • You will not allow another person to take courses, assessments, or exams on your behalf
  • Any attempt to circumvent identity verification or seat-time requirements constitutes fraud

DashCE may suspend or terminate accounts, invalidate course completion, or report suspected fraud where appropriate.

5. Courses, Seat Time & Completion

Courses are offered in credit-hour increments. Unless otherwise stated, one credit hour requires a minimum of 50 minutes of seat time.

Course completion requirements, including seat time and assessments, are dictated by regulatory rules and may change.

DashCE does not guarantee uninterrupted access to courses and is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • User error
  • Device or internet issues
  • Third-party service outages
  • System maintenance

6. Dash Passes, Subscriptions & Purchases

A. Membership & Subscriptions

Access to DashCE requires an active membership subscription, which provides Dash Passes according to the subscription plan selected.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms.

B. Dash Passes

  • One Dash Pass may be redeemed for one credit-hour course
  • Dash Passes expire three (3) years from issuance
  • Once redeemed for a course, the learner has one (1) year to complete the course, as required by ADRE rules
  • Unused or expired Dash Passes are forfeited and are non-refundable

C. Packs & Pricing

Discounted Dash Pass packs may be available to members. Pricing, availability, and eligibility may change.

Non-members may purchase individual courses at non-member pricing.

7. Refund Policy

DashCE does not offer refunds except in limited circumstances involving unresolved technical issues that prevent course completion.

Refund decisions are made at DashCE’s sole discretion.

8. Goal Manager & Tracking Tools

DashCE may provide tools to help learners track continuing education progress, including goal managers and manual credit entry features.

These tools are provided for convenience only. DashCE does not verify self-reported information and does not guarantee accuracy.

You remain fully responsible for:

  • Tracking required credits
  • Completing required categories

You are responsible for completing courses in sufficient time to meet licensing deadlines.

DashCE is not responsible for:

  • Penalties resulting from delayed or incomplete coursework

System outages, maintenance, or technical issues do not relieve you of licensing obligations.

10. Instructors & Educational Content

DashCE courses may be authored or supported by instructors who may be employees of DashCE or independent contractors.

Instructor responses and course content are provided for educational purposes only and do not constitute legal, professional, or brokerage advice.

DashCE does not guarantee that all content is error-free or applicable to every factual situation. Laws, regulations, and broker policies may change or vary.

Unauthorized use may result in termination and legal action.

DashCE does not endorse third parties and is not responsible for third-party products, services, or practices.

Any interaction with third parties is voluntary and subject to the third party’s terms and privacy practices.
