DashCE LLC (“DashCE,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) values your privacy and is committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you use our websites, learning platform, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy applies to all users of the Services, including learners, members, instructors, brokers, partners, sponsors, and visitors.


1. Who We Are

DashCE LLC is an Arizona-based real estate education provider offering continuing education courses approved by the Arizona Department of Real Estate (“ADRE”). DashCE delivers courses through web-based platforms and native mobile applications for iOS and Android.

DashCE is not affiliated with, owned by, or operated by ADRE. Accreditation or approval does not imply endorsement, ownership, or control.


2. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide

We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

  • Name
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • License information (such as license type, state, or license number)
  • Account credentials and authentication data
  • Payment and billing details (processed by third parties)
  • Course activity, progress, and completion records
  • Communications sent through our platform (support requests, instructor questions)
  • Referral codes and referral activity
  • Communication and notification preferences

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device, browser, and operating system information
  • IP address and approximate location
  • Log and usage data
  • Pages viewed and features used
  • Dates and times of access
  • Mobile application interactions


3. How We Use Information

We use information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Services
  • Create and manage user accounts
  • Authenticate users and prevent fraud
  • Deliver courses and track progress
  • Process payments and subscriptions
  • Issue completion certificates
  • Send transactional and permitted informational communications
  • Provide customer and technical support
  • Analyze usage trends and improve user experience
  • Enforce our Terms & Conditions
  • Comply with legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements

DashCE does not use personal information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on users.


4. Communications (SMS, Email & Notifications)

A. Transactional & Required Messages

We may send required communications necessary to operate the Services, including:

  • One-time passcodes (OTP) for authentication
  • Account access and security alerts
  • Course confirmations and completion notices

These communications are essential to the Services and cannot be opted out of while maintaining an active account.

B. Informational Messages

With your consent, we may send informational messages such as:

  • Course reminders
  • License renewal reminders
  • Deadline notifications

C. Marketing Messages

Where permitted by law, we may offer users the option to opt in to receive promotional or marketing communications by SMS, email, or other channels.

Marketing messages are sent only where a user has explicitly opted in and may be opted out of at any time. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP.


5. Payments

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers, including Stripe, Apple App Store, and Google Play. DashCE does not store full payment card details on its servers. Payment providers handle information according to their own privacy policies.


6. Connect Cards, Sponsors & Advertising

DashCE courses may include Connect Cards, which allow learners to interact with third-party businesses or sponsors.

Depending on the option selected by the learner, Connect Cards may allow you to:

  1. Request information without sharing your contact details
  2. Receive information about a sponsor
  3. Explicitly choose to share your contact information with a sponsor

No personal information is shared with a sponsor unless the learner takes a clear, affirmative action to do so.

DashCE may track Connect Card engagement for analytics and reporting purposes. Reporting provided to sponsors is typically aggregated or anonymized unless a learner explicitly consents to share identifiable information.

Learners may disable Connect Cards through account settings.

DashCE is not responsible for the privacy practices or actions of third parties.


7. Instructors, Contractors & Limited Access

DashCE instructors may be employees or independent contractors.

Instructors may access limited learner information as necessary to support course delivery or respond to learner questions. Instructors are required to maintain the confidentiality of learner information within the scope of their engagement.

DashCE is not responsible for unauthorized disclosures made by third parties acting outside the scope of their role or outside DashCE systems.


8. Goal Manager & Self-Reported Information

DashCE provides tools such as a goal manager to assist learners in tracking continuing education progress. Learners may enter manual credits earned from other providers.

DashCE does not verify self-reported information, does not guarantee accuracy, and is not connected to ADRE systems. Learners remain solely responsible for ensuring licensing compliance.


9. Analytics, Cookies & Tracking Technologies

DashCE uses cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Services.

We may use analytics and user experience tools, including:

  • Google Analytics or similar platforms
  • Session replay or user experience analytics tools (such as FullStory)

These tools help diagnose technical issues, understand usage patterns, and improve usability. Sensitive fields (such as passwords, payment details, and authentication codes) are masked and not intentionally recorded.

DashCE does not currently respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals.


10. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information.

We may share information:

  • With service providers that help operate the Services (hosting, analytics, messaging, payment processing)

  • With brokers or organizations where a learner has explicitly authorized access to progress or status information

  • With sponsors only when a learner explicitly chooses to share information through Connect Cards or similar features

  • In limited business or partnership discussions, where we may confirm whether individuals affiliated with an organization are DashCE members (such as providing aggregate counts or limited identifying information), without sharing course activity, assessment results, communications, or performance data

  • In aggregated or anonymized form

  • As required by law, regulation, or legal process

  • To protect the rights, safety, security, or integrity of DashCE, its users, or others


11. Data Security

DashCE implements reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.


12. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.


13. Your Choices & Rights

You may:

  • Access, update, or correct account information
  • Manage communication preferences
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Request access to or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and regulatory requirements

Requests may be submitted through DashCE Support.


14. California Privacy Rights

California residents may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA), including the right to request access to or deletion of personal information.

DashCE does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law.


15. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for adults. DashCE does not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18 years of age.


16. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will include a new version number and effective date. Material changes may require additional notice or consent.
